Stonybrook Creek flows into Alameda Creek in Alameda County about three miles northeast of Fremont. Working with the Alameda County Water Resources Conservation and Flood Control District and the Alameda County Resources Conservation District, CEMAR has installed gauges in two Stonybrook Creek reaches to monitor streamflows.
